"My experience with this office has been extremely frustrating. I have contacted them multiple times to discuss the charges on my policy, which I find excessive, but communication has been poor both via email and phone. They make follow-up promises that are never fulfilled, and instead of seeing a reduction in my bill, it continues to increase without a clear explanation. I requested to speak with Kelly, but instead, I was contacted again by the same representative who, in a previous call, assured me they would follow up in two weeks to resolve the issue. On that occasion, they removed the mileage discount with the promise that my payment would decrease, but the opposite happened. I do not recommend this office, as they seem to operate for their own convenience rather than the client’s. Due to their lack of transparency and commitment, I prefer not to receive any further communication from them."

"Anne Reilly recently helped me with my mom's auto insurance, She was with Allstate and Paying $285/month for one car, and she us better coverage and lower deductibles for only $135/month including uninsured motorist coverage. Can't recommend her enough!!"

"I left State Farm briefly, but the service elsewhere was not close to that I had previously. Anne Reilly at the Jupiter State Farm office had my policy in place by the end of the day. She gave me a complete explanation of all details and answered all my questions. I always have many. One of the best qualities of SF is that whenever you call, someone always picks up the phone, and each person in the office is able to help you in all areas. You never play the hold and transfer game. Your calls are returned and you know you are dealing with professionals. It's good to be back even if it was just a few months away."
