ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kelly Hagar - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred but not required.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Possess attentive, sociable and sales-minded skills sets ready to grow our community while you grow your income!
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to obtain a Property, Life and Health - 440 and 214/215 license (Assistance and License Reimbursement provided!)
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Written, Verbal, and Auditory
  • Self-Motivated
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Systems
Compensation $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
